Neale Griffin was the best performed South Perth representative at the recent Mt Lawley Consistency Singles event, being eliminated at the quarter-inal stage.
Having defeated Sorrento’s Ron Rogers 121-119 in a thrilling round-of-sixteen match, Griffin was defeated 120-90 by Matt Ellul.
In making the last sixteen Neale disposed of John Carlsen (124-104), then club-mate Nick Reagan (120-100) before eliminating former runner-up at this event, Ryan Moyle (123-97).
